Description:
This course focuses on bathroom hospitality design and how good designs can lead to future savings. In this course we will go over some of the major complaints from guests about hotel bathrooms. We will then discuss improvements that can be made and the impact it can have not only to the hotel guests, but also to the hotel staff and ownership. We will go over the need for ADA compliance and solution based products that can lead to better hospitality bathroom designs.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will review the major hotel bathroom complaints by hotel guests and analyze the changes that can be implemented for the health, safety and welfare of its occupants
  2. Participants will learn about good design and architecture that can be beneficial to the housekeeping crew, ultimately leading to future savings for hotel owners
  3. Participants will evaluate the different classes of hotels and how they affect product specifications as well as their need for ADA compliance
  4. Participants will gain the knowledge of solution based products and its importance in hospitality design
